Our story began in 2011 in response to the language training needs of companies and professionals. We create bespoke training programmes for specific needs, and our courses are reserved exclusively for professional clients.

Business Courses
We offer courses in English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, Turkish, Croatian and Italian as a foreign language. Courses can be for individuals and groups, delivered at your organisation or by videoconference, and are always with qualified members of our professional training team. We can also include access to an online learning platform. We guarantee a successful, engaging and enjoyable experience, whether online or face-to-face.
The videoconferencing option means that companies with several sites can train employees based in different locations.

For this reason, we do not use pre-prepared courses, but instead create bespoke programmes for every client.
We use the Council of Europe’s Common European Framework of Reference for Language Learning and Teaching (CEFR) to evaluate levels.
For our online courses we use interactive video platforms which provide reports in line with the requirements of professional funding organisations.
We also offer innovative workshops, which allow participants to improve their English skills in specific areas while also working on soft skills.

We work exclusively with companies and professionals. Our courses are dynamic, practical and skills-based. We recognise that not all businesses are the same and our courses are flexible enough to reflect the needs of the participants.
Our trainers are all professional native speakers with a minimum of five years’ experience in business language training, and with a broad cultural background. They are supported by our highly experienced Director of Studies who creates our teaching programmes, observes lessons and provides trainers with ongoing feedback and professional development.
Our reporting system allows you to keep track of attendance, and our final reports show the overall success of the training programme, including final level, assessment results and a detailed analysis of each participant’s ability over a range of skills.
Any issues relating to the content or delivery of the courses are addressed immediately and action is taken.

Our method
It is our excellence that makes the difference.
Everyone learns differently; some people prefer the security of a more traditional, structured, grammar-based course, others learn better in a more creative, less scholastic environment. Some enjoy taking part in a lively group course, others prefer working alone with a trainer. Their needs are too diverse to be satisfied by a single teaching approach.
This level of flexibility needs a great trainer. Ours have the experience and skills to create and adapt an eclectic range of materials and approaches best suited to their students.
We choose specific teaching materials for each course, whether face-to-face or online, paper or digital texts in order to get the best results for each person.
Using correct grammar and vocabulary is no longer enough. Today we need to communicate ideas and emotions and form effective relationships. One method we always use is the Communicative Method of teaching. Our focus is on meaningful communication rather than abstract grammar rules, and we use the participants’ opinions, feelings and experiences as a resource to personalise the language.
All this does not mean that we ignore the grammar and structures of the language. Participants will learn and practise new structures, as well as extending their skills and increasing their vocabulary. We make learning relevant by using simulations, role-plays, discussions and language activities, keeping participants motivated and making sure they practise real skills in preparation for real situations.
